THE PROJECT

Join an ambitious, fast-growing project for one of our largest FMCG clients, for which we manage the localization process of European campaigns across TV, Digital, and Social Media (10,000–15,000 assets annually).

From the briefing to compliant & timely delivery, we coordinate with external stakeholders and drive post-production with a team of 40+ specialists.

Our teams are located across various locations:

Paris
: Account Direction & Post-production leadership

Barcelona
: Account Direction & Project Coordination

Manila & Cebu
: Post-production & Project Management Studio

The project is led from

' European offices (a Datawords subsidiary offering creative agency services), with most operational teams based in the Philippines within

As
Key Account Delivery Manager
, you will be the primary point of contact in the Philippines—ensuring smooth collaboration between local teams and the European Account Direction team, while driving delivery excellence.

Job Responsibilities

Internal – Local

  • Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of all output, delivering the best quality production at every stage.
  • Act as the main escalation point for Production and Project Management teams.
  • Partner with senior management to keep teams engaged, motivated, and high-performing.
  • Review project workflows and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive and support adoption of new ways of working, transcribing the Account Direction vision into reality
  • Lead hindsight sessions to foster learning and continuous improvement.

Internal – Cross-Regional

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders in Account Direction team
  • Oversee Production and Project Management activities, reporting insights to the Account Direction team.
  • Proactively recommend workflow enhancements.
  • Define, propose, and track key KPIs.
  • Contribute to business growth by advising on similar scalable structures for other clients.
  • Scout new technologies (including AI solutions) which could benefit the organization and workflows

External

  • Develop client-facing reporting decks with clarity and impact.
  • Confidently present updates and insights in client meetings.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with creative adaptation and localization, preferably within an agency
  • A hands-on mindset, with strong analytics and problem-solving skills.
  • A genuinely curious mind, always keen to explore new solutions and tech options
  • Skilled in stakeholder management across global, multicultural environments.
  • Proven ability to perform in fast-paced, complex settings with precision.
  • People management and leadership experience, ideally within an agency.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and JIRA.

  • 2:30pm - 11:30pm PHT Monday to Friday
