A "Project in Charge for Signages Advertising" is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of signage projects, from the initial client brief to final installation and client sign-off. The role requires a strong blend of project management, technical knowledge, and client-facing skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. Key duties and responsibilitiesProject planning and management

  • Initial briefing: Meet with clients and sales teams to define the project scope, objectives, requirements, and budget.
  • Site assessment: Conduct site surveys to take accurate measurements, assess installation conditions, and identify potential issues.
  • Planning and scheduling: Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans, outlining all tasks, deadlines, and resources needed.
  • Budget management: Prepare cost estimates, track project costs, and manage the budget throughout the project life cycle to avoid overruns.

Coordination and execution

  • Design and production coordination: Work closely with graphic artists and production teams to ensure layouts, materials, and fabrication methods meet the project specifications.
  • Supplier and vendor management: Procure necessary supplies and materials, obtain quotes, and coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors.
  • Installation oversight: Schedule and oversee the installation process, managing field personnel and ensuring work is completed safely and to high-quality standards.
  • Quality control: Conduct checks throughout the process to ensure that all signage meets brand guidelines, quality standards, and client requirements.

Client and stakeholder communication

  • Client liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for the client, providing consistent updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders regarding work progress, costs, and scheduling.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project to prevent delays.
  • Final sign-off: Work with the client to formally sign off on the completed project.

Qualifications and skills

  • Experience: Proven experience in a project management or supervisory role within the signage, advertising, or related construction industry.
  • Industry knowledge: A good understanding of the signage manufacturing process, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Software proficiency: Competency with design software (e.g., CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite), project management tools (e.g., MS Project), and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong leadership: Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills to direct and motivate project teams.
  • Problem-solving: A proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful approach to problem-solving and quality control.
  • Organizational skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Additional requirements: May need a valid driver's license and the ability to conduct site visits.
