JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Leads the Project Team in ensuring that all workers and subcontractors are executing their given jobs well within their given scope of works. Conducts daily site inspections and directs execution of works in accordance with the set plans and targets.
  • Ensures that changes and variations are well documented and approved prior to execution. Secures complete signatures from all approving bodies for all Change Order/Variation forms or documents as proof of approval prior to any execution of the works affected.
  • Creates CVIs, SIs, Correspondences, and other pertinent documents to establish a firm basis of any changes, perceived or directly instructed, and also to establish boundaries of these changes.
  • Periodic coordination with other trades, Clients, Consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure that project targets are met. Ensures that all issues affecting the Company's scope of works in terms of Time, Cost, Quality, and Safety, are properly addressed, to safeguard the Company's interests and objectives.
  • Conducts periodic plan and design reviews for implementation purposes. Bid documents such as plans, specifications, bill of quantities, inclusions/exclusions, etc. shall be reviewed against For Construction documents to clearly delineate scope and identify potential Variation Orders.
