We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Supervisor with a strong background in hotel operations and hospitality management. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase occupancy, and enhance guest engagement. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a deep understanding of the unique demands of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with hotel operations, sales, and F&B teams to promote services and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage digital marketing channels including website, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and visual assets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate events, press releases, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.
  • Supervise and support marketing team members and external vendors.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize for improved ROI.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and guest touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and guest service principles.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with luxury or boutique hotel brands.
  • Familiarity with OTA platforms and revenue management strategies.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
