About the RoleWe're seeking a driven, experienced Agency Recruiter to scale our network of livestreaming agencies. You will identify, attract, and onboard high-potential agencies, elevating content quality and engagement across our platform.Key Responsibilities

  • Source and research agencies across platforms, genres, and regions
  • Build relationships and pitch our value proposition to agency leaders
  • Assess agency quality, audience engagement, growth potential, and brand fit
  • Partner with Content and Marketing on acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs
  • Maintain an organized CRM of agencies, pipelines, and performance metrics
  • Report on recruitment KPIs; share market intelligence on trends and competitors
  • Support launch, activation, and ongoing engagement of onboarded agencies

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term, Temporary, OJT (On the job training), Fresh graduate

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php30, Php100,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
