Agency Development Manager

About the Role
You'll work closely with agency leaders to strengthen recruitment, improve sales activation, and support leader development within your assigned sector. This role blends coaching, business development, and field operations—aimed at building stronger, more productive agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive agency
activation and productivity
through structured coaching and business reviews. - Collaborate with the Home Office on
Premier Advisor development
programs. - Support agency leaders in using
Sales Builder
and running their own activation strategies. - Lead and execute
quality recruitment activities
, including Business Opportunity Programs. - Facilitate orientations on
compensation structure
, career paths, and advisor development. - Conduct agency meetings to communicate policies, incentives, promotions, and performance updates.
- Coach leaders and advisors using the
Advisor & Leader Training Roadmap
, promoting MDRT-level growth. - Provide continuous ground-level insights to internal teams for performance and operational improvements.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience in
agency development, field sales management, distribution support, or business development
in insurance or financial services. - Strong coaching, facilitation, and field engagement experience.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive performance through influence.
- Willingness to work
onsite/in the field
in
Dagupan

Good-to-Have
- Background in
life insurance
, bancassurance, or financial advisory. - Experience developing agency leaders or supporting MDRT-level advisor pipelines.
- Familiarity with sales activation tools or performance dashboards.
