Job Description

  • Design and implement performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics across all livestream channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify behavioral trends, business insights, and areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement data-driven testing and optimization strategies to improve business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Communicate performance insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
  • Design conceptual frameworks that aim to solve complex business problems.
  • Agile thinker and problem solver. Independent and out-of-the box thinker

Requirements

  • Has at least a Bachelor's degree of any business/research-related 4-year course
  • Experience working in a research agency/firm is preferred but not required
  • Experience in Media Analytics is also preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience
  • High proficiency in MS Excel / Google Products is a minimum requirement
  • Experience with SQL is a plus
