Job Summary:
As a Pre-Sales Security Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and consultation to potential customers. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate security solutions, and demonstrating how these solutions can address their specific requirements. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure successful customer engagements and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on security solutions, including but not limited to network security, endpoint security, data protection, and identity/access management.
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept exercises to showcase the capabilities and benefits of security solutions to prospective clients.
- Work closely with sales representatives to understand customer requirements, challenges, and objectives, and tailor security solutions to meet their needs effectively.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, technical documentation, and presentations for prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their security requirements and business objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in cybersecurity to effectively position and differentiate the company's security solutions in the marketplace.
- Engage with customers through meetings, workshops, and presentations to build rapport, gain insights into their security concerns, and effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's offerings.
- Provide technical support to the sales team during the sales cycle, including responding to technical queries, conducting solution assessments, and addressing customer concerns or objections.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess customer requirements, identify solutions, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for customer meetings, presentations, and industry events as required.
- Amenable to work in Marikina City.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
