ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Ensures proper and timely coordination and communication with Warehouse Department and/or members for the fulfillment of customer orders.

· Coordinates and communicates properly and timely with Warehouse Department the instructions and requirements of customers.

a.    Transferred items

b.    Delivery schedule

c.     Customer delivery SOPs (ex. PPE requirements, additional documents needed, etc.)

· Updates members regarding changes or any concerns related to stock availability in warehouse and/or delivery schedule.

Processes transactions related to Financials Department services including but not limited to the following:

a.    Credit term approval

b.    Confirmation of bank-to-bank transactions and COD

Assists the sales team to improve their productivity.

· Handles urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer inquiries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, etc.

· Handles orders by phone, email or mail. Input orders, ensure they are processed according to customer requirements (as needed).

Other tasks that may be assigned by superior and/or top management from time to time.
