About the Talent Acquisition Officer position

The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for understanding and meeting the hiring requirements of the assigned Business Unit/s of Section in compliance to the company standards and Recruitment Policy and Processes. This includes filling of vacancies within service level agreement and ensuring a good candidate experience for candidates. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor assists in the implementation of TA projects, including Employer Branding.

Talent Acquisition Officer responsibilities are:

  • Managing recruitment process and updating procedures when necessary.
  • Maintaining records.
  • Creating new recruitment processes.
  • Selecting the appropriate advertising methods.
  • Informing team about the hiring techniques.
  • Taking part in career exhibitions.

Talent Acquisition Officer requirements are:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Officer
  • Expertise in end-to-end screening and recruitment.
  • Familiar with MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • BA/BSc in Human Resource Management or a related field.
