BettingJobs is working with a well established gaming brand seeking to expand their senior team based in Manila with the addition of a Director of Acquisition Marketing.

As the Director of Acquisition Marketing, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing strategies to drive customer acquisition across multiple channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and execution of the overall customer acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with company growth goals and market opportunities
  • Identify new acquisition channels, campaigns, and strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue
  • Oversee execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (PPC, display, social, affiliates, SEO, email)
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the online gambling industry
  • Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on acquisition performance, including CPA, ROI, and lifetime value
  • Manage budget allocation and resource planning to maximize ROI
  • Use analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and improve conversion rates and cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • Collaborate with retention teams to ensure smooth transitions for newly acquired customers
  • Stay current with industry regulations and ensure compliance across marketing practices

KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

  • 5+ years of proven experience in a senior acquisition marketing role targeting the east Asian market with experience also in the regulated Philippines landscape.
  • Background in online gambling, iGaming, or gaming industry with both casino and sportsbook.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, affiliate, display, social media, email)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide decisions
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of online gambling industry trends, legal regulations, and acquisition best practices
