Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, manage office supplies, handle basic clerical duties, and contribute to a positive and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with data entry, photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
