Responsibilities:

Accounting and Admin Assistant will provide support and assistance to Accounting and Admin. The position will have access to confidential information requiring discretion at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities may include, but not limited to the following:

· Perform general office duties

· Issuance of Invoices

· Accounts Receivable Monitoring

· Check Preparation for Approved Payables

· Posting/Recording check vouchers

· Assist in monthly preparation of Government Remittances

· Filing of Documents

· Audit of Cash Advance liquidations, Reimbursements and Replenishments

· Audit Accuracy of submitted Payment Request to Suppliers from Operations and ensure compliance of company SOPs and all documentary requirements

· Performs other accounting and admin duties, as assigned.

Required skill and Abilities/Competencies:

· Excellent organization, coordination and planning skills

· Strong communication and people skills

· Ability to work well with all levels of internal management staff.

· Possess excellent follow up and time management skills

· Efficient and accurate in computing, costing and auditing of figures

· With strong Attention to details, analytical and has sense of urgency

· Able to work with minimal supervision

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Finance/Accountancy/or Equivalent

· Preferably 1-4 years experienced Employees specializing in Accounting/Administrative or Equivalent

· Required Language (s): English, Filipino

· Applicant must be willing to work in Quezon city
