This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: First 6 months - Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM MST (inclusive of 1 hour unpaid break)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Administrator to manage, maintain, and safeguard the company's data systems. The role involves ensuring data accuracy and information. The Data Administrator will review new data requirements each month, and update required records in our database.

Key Responsibilities
  • Completing online research, and entering information into documents and our database.
  • Data Quality & Integrity
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability of organizational data.
  • Work with analysts and stakeholders to ensure reliable data availability.
  • Support data migration projects and integration of new systems.

Requirements Requirements:
  • Required to be highly proficient with English. Required to know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet Browser.
    Proven experience in research or administration, or related role.
    Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally.
