  1. Provide administrative support to the dining department, including managing correspondence, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries.

  2. Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.

  3. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, and coordinate calendars for the dining supervisor and department staff.

  4. Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other communications on behalf of the dining supervisor.

  5. Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

  6. Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.

  7. Assist in the coordination of special projects and events, such as staff training sessions or departmental meetings.

8.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost professionalism.

  1. Perform general office duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

  2. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for guests.

  3. Collaborate with other staff to ensure efficient operation of the office.

  4. Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in reviewing and ensuring accuracy in all work performed.

  5. Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate head, management or its representative.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php13, Php14,000.00 per month
