About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Dining Staff to join our team located at Phoenix Lanang. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing friendly and efficient service to every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and seat customers in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve them promptly.
  • Ensure all guests receive attentive and professional service throughout their visit.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth order flow and delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues politely or escalate when necessary.
  • Follow all restaurant hygiene, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
  • Assist in table setup, restocking supplies, and closing duties after shifts.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage (training provided).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Neat appearance, positive attitude, and a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible, rotating shifts (6 days a week) including weekends and holidays.
  • Physically fit and able to stand or move for long periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php510.00 per day
