Dining Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all customers. This role includes greeting and seating customers, taking and serving orders, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and assisting in day-to-day restaurant operations in accordance with company standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
  • Assist customers in finding seats and present the menu with product knowledge and recommendations.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or cashier.
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to customer needs, addressing inquiries, and resolving minor complaints.
  • Provide courteous and efficient service at all times.

2. Dining Area Maintenance

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Clear tables and remove used dishes, utensils, and other service items promptly.
  • Set up dining areas before opening and ensure readiness for service.
  • Maintain proper sanitation and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.

3. Operational Support

  • Assist in packaging take-out or delivery orders when necessary.
  • Refill condiments, napkins, utensils, and other dining supplies.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and cashier staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Assist in receiving and stocking supplies when required.
  • Support other team members in daily operational tasks as directed by the supervisor or manager.

4. Compliance and Standards

  • Follow company policies, service procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
  • Uphold brand image and represent the company professionally at all times.
  • Comply with proper grooming, uniform, and hygiene standards.
  • Observe proper handling of food, beverages, and utensils to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications:

  • Senior High school graduate or equivalent or college level in Hospitality Management, vocational course in hospitality or food service is an advantage.
  • with experience in food service, preferably in hospitality establishments, restaurants, or fast-food chains.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Physically fit, well-groomed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Can start immediately is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php510.00 per day
