Job Title: Accounting Staff

Reports to: Office Supervisor/Manager

Key Results Area:

  • Inventory Control & Management
  • Payables Control & management
  • Data Information

Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Maintain good and professional relationship with co-employees

2) Follow proper work ethics on attendance, proper uniform and teamwork

3) Filing all important documents needed for company operations and ensure easy retrieval if deemed required

4) Payables In-Charge

5) Preparation & Reporting of Cash & Check Disbursement to assigned accounting in Manila

6) OR & Invoices Custodian (monitoring/ordering)

7) Perform all other tasks that may be assigned by his superior from time to time;

8) Willing to assign DAVAO AND TAGUM CITY

I confirm and agree to undertake the above duties and responsibilities as Accounting Staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15,000.00 per month
