JOB SUMMARY
- Operations Support Assistant I provides level 1 support to Applications, Software, Hardware and Services supplied by the IT Division
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems
- Ability to deal with pressure and difficult task or activities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer calls from multiple communication platforms and create a ticket for all the technical concerns received.
- Perform assigned routines to monitor and maintain data and services availability.
- Escalate unresolved issues or problems to any level two internal support or vendors.
- Conducts application trainings to other IT staff or users.
- Repair any IT related hardware owned by the company.
- Performs routines, system maintenance tasks, including system upgrades and patches.
- Create and maintain user accounts and access levels.
- Monitor network security and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Generate reports, analyze data, and document processes.
- Managing the process of sourcing, procuring, and delivering goods and services to customers.
- Facilitates vendor related coordination like repairs and acquisition of spares.
- Learn new systems and applications being used by CSMC Staff and Doctors over time.
- Upgrade skills to cope up with the dynamic environment of the hospital IT requirements and services.
- Adjust to the shifting schedule requirement to align with the planned table of organization for IT operations section
