Job Summary

Implementation Engineer is a client-facing technical role responsible for the deployment, customization, and support of SaaS and cloud-based solutions, with a focus on HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) and HCM (Human Capital Management) platforms. You will work directly with clients, ensuring successful adoption and seamless integration of solutions into their enterprise systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Client Requirement Gathering & Analysis

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, particularly in HRMS/HCM processes (core HR, payroll, talent management).
  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.

System Configuration & Customization

  • Configure and customize HRMS/HCM systems to align with client workflows.
  • Develop and adapt software modules using programming languages (Java, Python, C++).

Deployment & Integration

  • Implement SaaS/cloud-based solutions on platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Ensure compatibility and integration of HRMS/HCM solutions with other enterprise systems (finance, payroll, CRM).

Database & Data Management

  • Design and execute SQL queries for data migration, reporting, and optimization.
  • Ensure accuracy, security, and efficiency of data handling during implementation.

Troubleshooting & Support

  • Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues during implementation and rollout.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and post-implementation support to clients.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with internal teams (product, sales, HR, and support) to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve system performance and client experience.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and HRMS/HCM best practices to enhance solution offerings.

Qualifications

Education & Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product implementation, systems engineering, or technical consulting.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, Oracle) and SQL optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with HRMS/HCM solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, PeopleSoft).
  • Familiarity with development tools (IDEs, Git, version control systems).

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary

  • Php 40,000-50,000
