What You'll Do:
Position Overview
The HR Generalist supports the day-to-day HR operations of the company with focus on employee lifecycle management, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and HR compliance. This role ensures that HR policies and processes are effectively implemented and aligned with company objectives while promoting a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Offboarding
•Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration.
•Prepare employment documentation, and requirements for new employees.
•Conduct exit interviews and manage clearance process for separating employees.
•Ensure compliance with final pay, government clearances, and offboarding documentation.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
•Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and escalate when needed.
•Support initiatives that drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
•Assist in handling grievances, disciplinary cases, and documentation.
- Performance Management
•Support the performance review and appraisal process.
•Monitor employee performance concerns and improvement plans.
•Provide guidance to leaders on performance-related documentation.
- Compensation & Benefits Administration
•Assist in processing payroll inputs and validating accuracy.
•Manage administration of government-mandated and company-offered benefits.
•Handle HR-related requests such as salary adjustments, status changes, and certifications.
- HR Policies & Compliance
•Ensure adherence to Philippine labor laws, government regulations, and company policies. Interpreting and enforcing company policies and labor laws.
•Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
•Assist in internal and external audits as required.
•HRIS & Records Management – maintaining accurate employee data and reports.
- HR Operations & Reporting
•Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management.
•Recommend improvements to streamline HR processes and workflows.

Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
•3–5 years of relevant HR experience in a generalist capacity (excluding recruitment).
•Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
•Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
