Primary Responsibilities:
- Security Operations & Risk Management
- Oversee daily physical security operations across multiple sites
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage man guarding services and vendor performance
- Ensure executive protection and travel security
- Support incident response, crisis management, and investigations
- Contribute to business continuity planning from a security perspective
- Compliance & Audits
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate security policies
- Support and participate in audits (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, HiTrust)
- Maintain documentation aligned with regulatory and corporate standards
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with site leads, business leaders, and cross-functional teams
- Manage third-party service providers and ensure SLA compliance
- Act as the primary point of contact for all security-related matters
- Health, Safety & Awareness
- Support Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) programs
- Promote fire safety and emergency preparedness
- Design and deliver security awareness programs, including new employee orientation
- Planning & Budgeting
- Plan and implement best in class security standards across all sites
- Manage security operations within defined budgets
- Identify and implement cost optimization and operational improvements
- Lead security-related projects and initiatives across assigned sites
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory)
- 5+ years of experience in the physical security domain
- Alternatively, 5+ years of commissioned service in the armed forces, police, or intelligence services
- Experience in managing security operations and projects in Cebu and Southern Philippines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lead Auditor (LA) in ISO 27001 or ISO 9001
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
- Other domain-specific security certifications
