Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to lead our security operations and ensure the safety of our people, stores, and assets. The ideal candidate has a background in security, law enforcement, or military service, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security and safety policies, procedures, and emergency plans.
  • Supervise and train security guards on emergency response and conflict management.
  • Monitor and maintain CCTV, alarm systems, and other security equipment.
  • Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and safety drills (fire, evacuation, active shooter, etc.).
  • Respond to alarms, medical emergencies, and security incidents.
  • Investigate breaches and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and collaborate with department managers on safety needs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a certified Safety Officer (SO3/SO4).
  • Experience in Retail is a plus
  • Proven experience in security operations and safety management.
  • Background in law enforcement or military service preferred.
  • Knowledge of surveillance systems, loss prevention, and safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
