We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join the GRAINSCO team. In this full-time role, you will provide on-site technical support and maintenance for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on a variety of technical equipment and systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and implement appropriate solutions promptly
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice and guidance
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all service activities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar technical role
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills, with the ability to think critically and find effective solutions
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client sites is a plus
  • A customer-focused approach and a commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Work schedule: MONDAY TO SATURDAY
  • Deployment Area: LUZON
  • Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
