About the RoleWe're looking for a Sales Manager who thrives at the intersection of business development, team leadership, and operational excellence.
You'll lead Muvr's sales team — driving new business growth, expanding partnerships, and managing a team of Sales Representatives and Account Managers who power our expansion across moves, deliveries, and junk removal.
You'll own the entire partner sales lifecycle, from prospecting to onboarding and retention, while building scalable systems and developing high-performing sales talent.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Growth
- Own and execute the national and regional sales strategy across B2B (retail, partner, enterprise) and C2C (marketplace, affiliate) channels.
- Manage the full sales pipeline — from lead generation to contract close — to consistently hit revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing to design campaigns that drive new bookings and partner activations.
- Forecast performance and manage reporting via CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce).
Sales Team Management
- Hire, train, and manage a growing team of Sales Reps and Account Managers.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and commission structures aligned with company growth.
- Lead weekly pipeline reviews, 1:1 coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Build and maintain sales playbooks, pitch materials, and standardized processes.
- Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, results, and collaboration.
Partner Acquisition & Retention
- Identify and close new partnerships with retailers, e-commerce merchants, and enterprise clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Operations and Community Support to resolve partner escalations.
- Drive partner growth through data insights and upsell opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Ops teams to optimize partner experience and performance.
- Work with Finance and Policy on pricing, incentives, and SLA structures.
- Provide ongoing feedback to improve Muvr's sales tools, API integrations, and marketplace UX.
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or management, ideally in logistics, SaaS, or marketplace industries.
- Proven record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets and building high-performing sales teams.
- Strong background in B2B partnerships, account management, and channel sales.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and data analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
