MAJOR:

  • Oversee daily procurement operations, including sourcing, pricing, negotiation with suppliers
  • Create and implement efficient procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and incorporate the growing complexities and challenges within the industry
  • Ensure quick turnaround time for supplier deliveries to achieve end-user satisfaction
  • Maximize cost savings and ensure margin protection
  • Coordinate with key persons internally and externally, to ensure smooth procurement-related operations
  • Track, analyze, and meet key performance metrics, devising strategies to improve performance

MINOR:

  • Performs other duties that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management or related fields
  • With at least two years' experience in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management function in the same or allied industry, Handling Fleet, Car Repairs, MHE.
  • Analytical, strategic, systematic, problem-solver
  • Has good negotiation, interpersonal, management skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Willing to be Deploy in Banawe, Quezon City.
