Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Staff member to join our Production/Warehouse team at the Head Office. The main responsibility is to manage and monitor inventory levels, ensure accurate records, and support smooth warehouse and production operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements
  • Receive, label, and organize incoming materials or products
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with system data
  • Monitor stock for damage or discrepancies and report as needed
  • Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and production teams
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of all inventory items
  • Assist in preparing inventory reports as required
  • Follow safety and cleanliness standards in the warehouse

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four-year course or High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's degree is a plus)
  • Previous experience in inventory or warehouse work is preferred
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software experience is a plus)
  • Physically fit – able to lift boxes and stand for long periods
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player with good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
