Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the end-to-end management of assigned product(s) — from development, launch, and lifecycle management to phase-out.
Develop product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals, customer insights, and market trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain) to execute go-to-market plans and deliver product performance targets.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics (sales, market share, profitability) and recommend action plans.
Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, or repositioning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
3–5 years of experience in product management, brand management, or category management—preferably in FMCG or consumer products.
Strong business acumen, with experience in market analysis, pricing, and product positioning.
Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools; familiarity with Nielsen or retail audit data is a plus.
