
Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through targeted field visits, strategic referrals, and effective cold calling.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close deals.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback
- Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Can start ASAP.
