Requirements

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Conducts sales and marketing campaigns to attract potential clients interested in real estate financing solutions.

Builds strong relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and agents to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Screens and evaluates client requirements, ensuring complete and accurate documentation for all applications and related reports.

Provides guidance to clients regarding financing options, loan requirements, and application processes.

Key Requirements:

Candidate must have at least one (1) year of experience in sales; preferably in real estate, banking, or financing industries.

Sales-driven with a proven track record of achieving targets in housing or property financing.

Willingness to travel for site visits, client meetings, and coordination with developers or brokers.
