Job Summary: The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the auto dealership branch, ensuring that all aspects of the dealership run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves driving sales performance, providing exceptional customer service, managing the dealership's finances, and leading a team of employees. The Branch Manager will be instrumental in achieving the dealership's goals and upholding the standards of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

  • Manage daily operations of the dealership, including sales, service, and administrative functions.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, brand standards, and industry regulations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve performance metrics.

Sales Management:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve dealership sales targets and increase market share.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to reach individual and collective sales goals.

Customer Service:

  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
  • Implement customer service programs and initiatives to enhance the overa customer experience and loyalty.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and develop dealership staff, including sales representatives, service technicians, and administrative personnel.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and create development plans for team members.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and aligns with dealership values.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee the dealership's budget, expenses, and financial performance.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, sales forecasts, and business plans.
  • Ensure effective cash handling and adherence to financial controls.

Marketing and Business Development:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies

and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and customers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure the dealership adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify and manage risks related to dealership operations and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related course

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within an auto dealership or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful team.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive sales, service operations, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and data analysis.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
