What you'll be doing

  1. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns
  2. Maintain excellent product knowledge to make informed recommendations and suggestions to customers
  3. Actively engage with customers, build rapport, and promote our products and services
  4. Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
  5. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
