Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the retail sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, including onsite support at retail locations
  • Monday: Office-based reporting and audit prep at Head Office (Sta. Cruz, Manila)
  • Tuesday to Saturday: Onsite audits and fieldwork as scheduled

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and staffing for retail stores and support teams
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and general HR support
  • Assist in resolving workplace issues, including participation in disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
  • Monitor employee attendance and ensure proper adherence to shift schedules
  • Collaborate with payroll to validate timekeeping and attendance records
  • Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal company standards
  • Generate regular HR reports on attendance, turnover, staffing levels, and other relevant metrics
  • Support training initiatives, benefits administration, and occasional audits at retail locations
  • Partner with store management to promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture
