HR Generalist (Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a professional and reliable HR Generalist to support internal HR operations and client requirements. This role is ideal for an HR practitioner with strong administrative expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting the employee lifecycle in a fully remote work environment.
Employment Details
• PHP 45,000 – PHP 50,000 per month
• Permanent remote work arrangement
• Full-time, permanent employment
• UK time zone schedule (UK business hours)
• Must be able to work full-time on UK business hours
Qualifications & Experience
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Administrator
• Strong background in employee records management
• Experience supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
• Exposure to employee relations or people management is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor with strong stakeholder and client engagement abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Technical Background
• Hands-on experience with HRIS or ATS platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Excel)
• Experience managing employee files, contracts, and compliance documents
• Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Basic knowledge of core HR processes
• Comfortable using communication tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet
Key Responsibilities
• Provide HR administrative support across multiple HR functions
• Coordinate and support employee and client onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Serve as a key point of contact for employee and client HR inquiries
• Support people management and employee relations initiatives
• Communicate HR policies, processes, and updates clearly and professionally
• Liaise with clients to ensure compliant and streamlined HR operations
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
