About the role

As an HR Generalist at Exxel Prime International Trading Inc.', you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resource management. This full-time position is based in Metro Manila and will involve a wide range of HR responsibilities to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits
  2. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to align with the company's strategic objectives
  3. Assisting with the coordination and delivery of HR training and development initiatives
  4. Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns
  6. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1 year experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  4. Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis to drive informed decision-making
  5. Adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and professional development
  6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
