he Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance with Philippine labor laws. The role supports management in building a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, job offers)
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Maintain employee records and employment contracts

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related inquiries
  • Assist in handling disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR databases
  • Prepare HR reports, notices, and documentation
  • Coordinate with payroll for attendance, leaves, and employee data updates

Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer employee benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO, leaves)
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions and compliance documents

Compliance & Labor Relations

  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
  • Assist with audits, inspections, and internal HR policy implementation
  • Update HR policies and procedures as needed

Training & Development

  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning programs
  • Support employee development and succession planning initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1–3 years of HR experience (for Officer/Generalist level)
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in recruitment and employee relations
  • Background in payroll or benefits administration
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
