Job description

As an HR Generalist at Exxel Prime International Trading Inc.', you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resource management. This full-time position is based in Metro Manila and will involve a wide range of HR responsibilities to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to align with the company's strategic objectives
  • Assisting with the coordination and delivery of HR training and development initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis to drive informed decision-making
  • Adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and professional development
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
