Acting as the central hub for what were once three separate areas—training and capability building, process oversight, and standards management—the Marketing Capability Senior Manager ensures that all Marketing teams function with consistency, strategic alignment, and strong commercial discipline.

  • Demonstrated ability to guide stakeholders and communicate clearly during transitions or organizational shifts
  • Experience with documenting workflows, crafting operational guidelines, and setting up governance structures for marketing processes
  • A background in brand work, agency-led upskilling, or marketing operations is considered a strong edge
  • Solid experience (around 5–7 years) in roles related to marketing, capability building, or organizational development
  • Has a university education in fields such as Business, Marketing, Education, Organizational Development, or any closely related discipline
  • Skilled in developing learning journeys, managing end-to-end training programs, and rolling out capability or competency frameworks
  • Proven achievements in building structured learning or development programs tailored for commercial or marketing teams
  • Analytical thinker with familiarity in using performance diagnostics, measurement tools, and data interpretation
  • Additional qualifications in learning strategy, capability development, or process excellence are desirable and considered an advantage
