We are looking for a highly strategic Procurement Manager to join our Global Procurement Team and lead sourcing activities for Indirect Spend categories, particularly IT, Marketing, and Global Services (HR, Travel, Consulting).

This role plays a key part in driving cost competitiveness, supplier excellence, and long-term value creation across the organization. You will manage end-to-end procurement processes, build strong supplier partnerships, and ensure sustainable supply capacity with Market Best-in-Class (MBIC) vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Supply & Risk Management

  • Analyze supply, demand, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure sustainable supply availability from MBIC suppliers.
  • Conduct supplier capability assessments and onsite evaluations.

Supplier Management

  • Oversee the supplier lifecycle—from accreditation to performance evaluation and eventual offboarding.
  • Drive supplier performance improvements and align capabilities with category requirements.

Cost & Value Management

  • Conduct cost benchmarking, market analysis, and competitive negotiations.
  • Develop and implement cost reduction strategies while ensuring quality and service continuity.

Stakeholder & Customer Management

  • Manage complex internal customer needs and recommend process or service improvements.
  • Address inquiries with strategic insights and ensure strong alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business is required.
  • At least 5 years of strategic, end-to-end procurement experience, preferably in indirect categories.
  • Strong skills in supply management, cost analysis, supplier management, negotiations, and risk management.
  • Procurement or supply chain certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup in Ortigas, Pasig.
