Our lending business focuses on providing microcredit offerings to drivers, agents, and merchants within a large and diverse ecosystem. The team is composed of regional specialists and local market experts who collaborate to design, develop, and manage impactful lending programs across Southeast Asia.

As the business continues to grow, we are expanding our reach, diversifying our portfolio, and building a team capable of driving sustainable success.

The Role: Senior Associate, Commercial Lending

We are seeking a highly motivated and business-driven professional to help accelerate our lending initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial instincts, excellent project management skills, and the ability to develop meaningful partnerships.

You will play a key role in conceptualizing new loan programs, managing existing ones, and collaborating across multiple teams to deliver a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business cases for new loan programs across multiple customer segments
  • Manage recurring loan programs and identify enhancements to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability
  • Build partnerships with retail partners, merchant anchors, banks, and non-bank institutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to support program rollout, operational excellence, and customer experience
  • Drive initiatives that support the business's growth trajectory and market expansion

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in business development, product management, or project management (preferably in financial services)
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent project management capabilities and a structured approach to execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
