Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity for a creative professional to make a significant impact on both internal brand development and client projects. You'll play a pivotal role in elevating the company's visual presence across digital and print media while contributing to the strategic growth of an established business. The role offers tremendous creative freedom to work on diverse projects ranging from social media campaigns to website imagery and comprehensive marketing materials. With the majority of your work focused on internal company development, you'll have the unique opportunity to help shape and grow a successful creative business while building your portfolio with high-quality, strategic design work.
Responsibilities
  • Design and execute compelling social media advertising content and campaigns that drive engagement and business growth
  • Develop stunning imagery and visual content for the company website to enhance online presence
  • Create professional marketing materials including brochures and promotional content that reflect the company's premium brand
  • Collaborate directly with the business owner on visual strategy and brand development initiatives
  • Execute select client project work, gaining exposure to diverse creative challenges
  • Work independently on creative briefs with minimal supervision, demonstrating your expertise and creative judgment
  • Contribute to the overall visual identity and market positioning of a growing creative business
Requirements
  • Mid-level professional experience with several years in graphic design (2-3+ years preferred)
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (essential for daily work)
  • Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro is highly preferred and will set you apart from other candidates
  • Proven ability to understand and execute creative briefs independently with minimal guidance
  • Strong technical software knowledge enabling you to complete complex projects efficiently
  • Self-directed work style with the confidence to make creative decisions autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills for direct collaboration with business leadership
  • Availability for 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling options (4-5 days per week)
  • Ability to work during Sydney business hours (10am-6pm AEST/AEDT preferred)
