As a Sales Development Representative at Regalis Capital, you'll be responsible for setting appointments with prospective clients and introducing them to who we are and what we do. You'll be the first point of contact, helping people understand our value in being the only white glove done-for-you acquisition service.

You'll own your pipeline, turn first conversations into real opportunities, and help prospects understand how our approach can move them toward their goals. This role is about more than making calls. It's about creating a positive experience from the start and showing what makes our firm stand out. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle outbound calls to all new inbound leads from every channel (Instagram, Facebook, ads, website, etc.)
  • Call all booked appointments to confirm, qualify, and ensure they're a real fit
  • Manage inbound lead flow and respond quickly to all new activity
  • Maintain a clean, organized pipeline in the CRM

    Prospect and research leads to tailor outreach
  • Follow up consistently with leads over longer timeframes
  • Attend weekly training sessions, role plays, and check-ins
  • Work a set schedule for now, with possible rotating shifts in the future
  • Work at least 5 days per week
  • Coordinate with SDR leadership to improve processes and clear blockers
  • Keep detailed notes on every interaction
TARGETS & PERFORMANCE
  • Hitting daily call targets
  • Hitting monthly qualified meetings booked targets
  • Updating stat sheets by EOD and sending to team channel
  • Comprehensive CRM documentation for every call, qualification and handoff
  • Efficient with email and texting
  • Great phone and communication skills
  • Desire to learn sales and grow
  • Highly persistent when facing objections
  • Well organized and able to maintain pipeline
SKILLS

  • 1–2 years SDR experience preferred

COMPENSATION
  • Base +  uncapped commission
  • Performance bonus eligibility after 6 months
