Summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in driving regional growth and market expansion by serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This position is responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and nurturing leads to generate high-quality sales opportunities for the sales team.

The ideal candidate is a metrics-driven inside sales professional with a fearless attitude, strong objection-handling skills, and a proven track record of achieving high-volume outbound call and appointment-setting targets. Success in this role requires high energy, self-motivation, excellent communication and persuasion skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining accurate lead data through effective CRM utilization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce company solutions and services.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to further assess client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records and call outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators, including:

  • 80+ outbound calls per day to decision-makers

  • 3–5 first-time appointments per week
  • Own the lead cultivation process and contribute to building and maintaining a strong prospect database.
  • Engage decision-makers effectively and clearly communicate the company's value proposition.
  • Utilize contact management and productivity tools such as HubSpot and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B outbound cold-calling or inside sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasive ability.
  • Self-starter with the discipline to work effectively in a hybrid or remote environment.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and mission-driven mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Fearless approach to sales, with resilience in overcoming objections.
  • Metrics-driven with a proven background in outbound calling and lead generation.
  • Strong interest in how technology solutions can support and improve business operations.
