The Role:
We're seeking an experienced Assurance Manager to join the Financial Services team within their Philippines office. This position will support the Financial Services Group, which provides specialized services to US-based private equity, hedge funds, broker dealers, fund to funds, and real estate fund clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Engagement Manager on specific client accounts, taking full responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, final deliverable development, and billing and collections
  • Develop detailed engagement work plans with budgets and schedules, monitoring project status and communicating adjustments to management
  • Develop professional relationships with clients, consistently demonstrating superior customer service, quality work products, and professional integrity
  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact for clients, ensuring they are fully informed of engagement progress and logistics
  • Lead and direct the engagement team effectively through clear communication and guidance
  • Prepare timely and accurate bills for professional services rendered


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of work experience in a public accounting firm, supporting US teams and clients
  • Bachelor's Degree and active CPA required
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience working with financial services clients preferred


Work Arrangement:
This is a hybrid position where team members alternate between remote and office work.
