Financial Reporting

  • Provide management with financial insights, trends, and risk analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Accounting Operations

  • Oversee the daily activities of the team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure accuracy.
  • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
  • Track actual performance against budgets, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions
  • Support the implementation of cost-saving initiatives and financial strategies to improve profitability.

Audit and Compliance

  • Monitor compliance with tax laws, corporate policies, and financial reporting regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits
  • Address and resolve audit findings and implement recommended improvements.
