Job Summary

The Audit Staff is responsible for performing financial, operational, and compliance audits of Dunkin' stores and company operations. The role ensures accuracy of records, adherence to company policies, and compliance with established procedures to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine audits of stores to ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Check sales reports, cash handling, deposits, and inventory records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor and verify adherence to internal controls in financial and operational processes.
  • Assist in identifying risks, variances, discrepancies, or irregularities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare clear and concise audit working papers, findings, and reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with store heads, supervisors, and other departments regarding audit results and recommendations.
  • Support the Audit Supervisor/Manager in special audits and investigations, when necessary.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned audit schedules.
  • Maintain confidentiality of audit findings and sensitive company information.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or a related 4-year course.
  • Preferably with experience in audit, accounting, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and report-writing skills.
  • Willing to travel to store locations for field audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
