  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard KOLs/influencers aligned with the brand's values and marketing goals.
  • Develop and implement KOL engagement strategies and campaigns across digital and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs and content creators.
  • Coordinate collaborations, product placements, sponsorships, and content co-creation.
  • Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI; prepare reports and analytics on KOL effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on influencer trends, competitor activities, and new platforms.
  • Negotiate contracts, fees, and deliverables in line with campaign budgets.
  • Work closely with the marketing, social media, and branding teams to align KOL initiatives with broader campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or public relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Willing to go onsite from Mondays to Friday in BGC, Taguig City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
