  • Identify, recruit, and collaborate with KOLs and content creators to promote the brand across social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, ensuring long-term partnerships and successful campaign execution.
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and budgets with influencers to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor influencer content performance, analyze campaign data, and optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and competitor strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, creative, E-Commerce, product) to align influencer content with brand messaging and promotional goals.
  • Write the content angle brief for each campaign.

Job Requirements:

  • Experienced in relevant beauty industry.
  • Network & Outreach – Strong connections with influencers and the ability to identify the right KOLs for different campaigns.
  • Negotiation & Communication – Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage influencer relationships and secure optimal partnerships.
  • Project Management – Strong organizational skills to manage multiple influencer collaborations and campaigns simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
