Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a portfolio of accounts of the division within the assigned area of jurisdiction (specified in Annex A).  Finds the best remedial measures for these accounts (cash payment/ compromise settlement, restructuring, updating/ extension of payment, foreclosure/Dacion En Pago, collection suits, debt to equity conversions or write-off/ abandonment, etc.).
  • Management and supervision of the team assigned to handle past due Business, Consumer and Off Books Loan Accounts.
  • Coordinates closely with the Division Head to plan effective management of past due/non-performing accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in financial related course
  • Minimum of three (3) years of cumulative credit banking experiences with actual expertise on account management from loan grant, implementation, and collection.
  • Excellent skills in customer relations, account management, portfolio management and negotiation
