JOB PURPOSE

- Provide commercial data for both internal and external use in the form of reports run from the system

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

The primary indicator will be:

  • Job duties performed accurately and within strict timelines

Secondary indicators will include:

  • Clear, concise communication internally and externally
  • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and professionalism

JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly MI reports for key clients
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly MI reports for internal use
  • Compile data from multiple reports ensuring information has been analysed and details are accurate
  • Create new reporting templates
  • Submit all reports in a timely fashion
  • To highlight any potential issues to relevant line management structure and follow through to ensure completion of actions

  • To support the LINK Technology Team in any projects or initiatives as and when they arise
  • Always promote the Technology Team function within the business, to offer support and guidance to all aspects of the business as required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as Data Analyst
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in SQL/Database code, VBA, and/or Power BI
  • Advanced MS Office Excel skills to include creating and editing macros, building data queries, creating pivot tables and charts
  • Advanced skills on MS Office packages such as Access
  • Organised, self-disciplined and timely in handling administration and paperwork associated with the job
  • Strong math's skills to help with calculations and data analysis
  • Experience in similar business reporting systems/platforms
  • Able to demonstrate strong business process acumen
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with LINK staff and external customers.
